Kidsfirst Uara - your feedback

As Kidsfirst takes the next steps in refreshing its values for a new era, we are keen to get your feedback on the progress we've made.

The Uara draw on information gathered during last year's staff survey and on input from the Values Working Party, the Senior Leadership Team and Kidsfirst's Board. They are based on the existing Kidsfirst At Our Heart values and other important sets of ideas reimagined in a way that is more relevant to today's world. 

You'll recall from the staff meeting that the Uara concept speaks to the idea of values being aspirational, rather than fixed – something we are all working on, every day. We want to be sure that the Waypoints resonate with the existing culture, speak to how Kidsfirst aspires to be in the foreseeable future, and that they are useful in our everyday mahi.
