We operating in uncertain times and for some uncharted territory with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our community survey indicated the community needed to be able to apply for help without leaving the house, many residents did not have printers or fax machines at home.  We developed an online application to meet this request. We also know some residents do not have computers and internet or just don't want to apply online, so we also partnered with community resource centers to assist people who needed help with filling out an application.
