Outstanding Young Title Professional of the Year Nomination Form

This award recognizes an outstanding title professional age 35 or younger who demonstrate: exceptional performance, leadership potential, innovation, and dedication early in their career.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Nominee must be employed by an LTAC member company.
- Be 35 years of age or younger.
- Demonstrate leadership and involvement within LTAC or their organization.
Awards will be presented during the 2026 LTAC Annual Conference, September 9–11, 2026, at The Hythe Vail in Vail, Colorado. Specifically, the afternoon of September 10, 2026. Nominees and nominators are encouraged to attend and join us in celebrating the outstanding professionals who make a difference in our industry.
Please complete the nomination form as thoroughly as possible. The information you provide will assist the Awards Committee during the selection process. As part of the evaluation process, nominees may be contacted by the Awards Committee to provide additional information or participate in a brief telephone interview.
