Agency Needs Assessment for N95 Masks and Fit Testing

HCP, HCA, and HPCANYS have recently been approved for funding to support the NYC DOHMH Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response in assuring community-based providers are prepared for potential future infectious disease emergencies. The goal of the following survey is to ascertain your program’s current resources as it pertains to fit testing for N95 masks and to assess your program’s interest in accessing additional free supports. Please complete the following BRIEF survey to aid us in developing supports that meet your agency’s needs.

Does your agency have internal N95 mask fit testing capability?
Does your agency have adequate staff fit tested, enabling for an effective response to an infectious disease outbreak?
Of those fit tested, do you have adequate infectious disease prevention supplies including N95 masks?
2.If grant funding was available, how many staff persons would you send to a FREE N95 "Train the Trainer" fit testing sessions?
3.Correspondingly (to question 2), how many staff members would each new certified "Train the Trainer" be able to fit test, if masks were provided without cost?
