Registered participants are subject to these terms and conditions. (a) All participants must be 18 years and over. (b) The safety and wellbeing of our participants is of the highest importance. This event will be held in line with Queensland Government health guidelines and take place under a COVID-19 safe plan. Please be mindful that some restrictions may be in place and attendees will be required to adhere to the safe COVID-19 practices as recommended by the Queensland Government during this event. Attendees should not participate in this event if they are suffering from any signs or symptoms of COVID-19. (c) Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and any players involved in such behaviour will be asked to leave the event without refund. In the unlikely event of damage to golf carts or Rowes Bay Golf Club property, your team will be invoiced for the full costs of repairs. (d) Final payment for all team fees will be required no later than 7 days following invoice to secure your place. (e) In the case of a weather event or changes to government COVID-19 restrictions affecting the day’s proceedings, this event will be rescheduled to a later date. Participants can apply for a refund in writing no later than 14 days past original event date should the event date be changed. No funds will be returned after this date. (f) All corporate signage to be supplied and delivered by teams. (g) The Hole in One Challenge is insured by Aon for a $25,000 prize (one winner only). Eligibility to win: player must be 18+ years; not registered as a professional golfer; one attempt only; provisional or penalty shots not accepted as a hole in one; no practice shots will be allowed. The Hole in One Challenge is subject to guidelines specified by Aon and Rowes Bay Golf Club.
