As previously discussed at prior meetings, WBPD and its partner, Duverney + Brooks, working with the Tarrytown Municipal Housing Authority (TMHA), are working together to modernize Franklin Towers and Franklin Courts.

Pursuant to HUD requirements for the TMHA Modernization projects, current residents have protected rights. All residents in good standing will have a right to return. The property will remain affordable – all residents pay 30% of their household income.

To better understand the Franklin Courts tenants’ experience, needs, and preferences, we would like your feedback. With your input, we can explore options and opportunities to improve your home as well as site organization, circulation, and amenities. We appreciate your time and attention in answering these questions. Thank you.
