Why Are We Doing This Survey?
We are conducting this survey to better understand the financial costs of cutaneous lymphoma and the impact this has on a persons's quality of life. Many people living with cutaneous lymphoma face medical expenses, travel costs, time lost from work, and other hidden costs. There isn’t enough research examining the impact of this financial burden and its effect on the quality of life of patients with cutaneous lymphoma.
The aim of this survey is to collect this information and to estimate the costs of cutaneous lymphoma and use this knowledge to improve support, resources, and healthcare policies for people like you.

What Will This Survey Ask About?
To keep things organized and easy to follow, the survey is split into four sections:
- Section 1: A bit about you and your lymphoma diagnosis – Questions about your age, geographical region, employment, and your cutaneous lymphoma diagnosis.
- Section 2: Quality of Life – How your skin condition affects your daily life, emotions, and social activities.
- Section 3 & 4: Medical & Non-Medical Costs – How much you spend on treatments, hospital visits, medications, and transportation.
- Section 5 & 6 : Caregiver & Additional Costs – If family members or caregivers help you, and whether they also have expenses related to a cutaneous lymphoma diagnosis.

We need as much detail as possible to accurately calculate the financial burden of cutaneous lymphoma.
