To build the capacity of NGOs in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, the European Union has committed to funding a National Capacity Building Workshop which will focus on grant funding proposal writing. This In-person workshop will provide 15 NGO Leaders with the knowledge required to effectively mobilise and secure financial resources.
