The training is facilitated by Dominique Ashley, Diabetes Program Assistant with CCCPH/DHHS, and is designed to:
-Explain why vaccines are especially important for people with diabetes
-Equip participants with information and tools to understand which vaccines may be appropriate for them and the benefits they provide
-Support participants in addressing common concerns and building confidence in the safety and effectiveness of vaccines
