Please complete this application to receive a subsidy to support your attendance at the JA Staff Alumni Annual Meeting to be held July 17-18, 2024 in Kansas City.

To receive scholarship consideration, you must:
1. Be a member of the JA Staff Alumni Network (JASAN).
2. Have engaged JASAN in 2023-24 either by donating funds or volunteering.
3. Complete this application by March 15, 2024.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by April 15, 2024.
