Diversity Summit Survey

As an attendee of the 2021 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit held virtually on January 8, 2021 your feedback is important. We would like to know what you thought of the different components of the summit. This should only take about three minutes of your time and will help us create better events in the future as well as hear about potential topics that are of interest to you.
