Outcomes Measurement - The Individual has created positive, measurable benefits for the organisation’s stakeholders and the third sector as a whole.
Innovation - The individual played a central role in the successful execution and implementation of their idea.
Collaboration - The individual has proven capacity to collaborate with stakeholders within the third sector.
Leadership - The individual demonstrates leadership of the organisation, the system and the self.
