Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the Get on Board's SME Governance Program, for women-led/-owned SMEs. We admire your desire to take your business to the next level! 
 
This program is for companies that meet the following criteria:
  • The SME has completed at 3 years of operations 
  • Qualifies as an “SME”
  • The SME must fulfill, or within a set timeframe commit to achieve, two of the below 2x criteria by including it as part of its action plan to be eligible to join the project which are: 
  • Entrepreneurship
51% women ownership or the business is founded by a woman
  • Consumption
Product(s) or service(s) that specifically or disproportionally benefit women
  • Leadership
30% women in senior leadership or 30% women on the Board or Investment Committee
  • Employment
30-50% share of women in the workforce (depending on sector).
  • The SME has to be committed to the action plan developed in the project.
This questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, so please take your time while digging deep to answer all the questions so we can determine if your business needs and maturity level fit within our program.
 
After we receive your application, we may contact you and request additional information. The deadline to submit your application is on February 16th, 2023.

All information provided herein is confidential and will not be shared with any third party. 

We anticipate that the program will kick off during March 2023 and will continue for 12 months.
