Calgary LGBTQ2S+ Community Centre Viability

The following survey is intended to gather information about what the LGBTQ2SI+ community would like to see in Calgary regarding services. 

All the questions are voluntary and you can decline answering any question. You can end your involvement at any time with no consequence to you.

All your responses are confidential. So, please do not put any names or other personally identifying information in comment boxes. No responses will be reported individually, only grouped together to make charts and graphs. Comments that do have any hint of identifying information will not be used. Your comments will be used to look for themes among responses. We will only summarize using themes of responses.

Responses to the survey will be used to assist in designing new services.

The survey will take only a few minutes of your time. We very much appreciate any feedback that you can give to us.

We hope that you complete the entire survey and forward the survey link to as many community members that you know. The larger and boarder response we receive will help us to inform new services going forward.
