The goal of this survey is to gauge interest and identify wants and needs from the 2SLGBTQ+ (Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning) community in the beginning stages of designing a possible 2SLGBTQ+ community centre in Calgary, and assessing current gaps in service and 2SLGBTQ+ Calgary and area community needs.
During this survey, some questions may bring up difficult emotions, depending on your experiences. Please remember that if you do not feel like answering a

All the questions are voluntary and you can decline answering any question. You can end your involvement at any time with no consequence to you.
All your responses are confidential. So, please do not put any names or other personally identifying information in comment boxes. No responses will be reported individually, only grouped together to make charts and graphs. Comments that do have any hint of identifying information will not be used. Your comments will be used to look for themes among responses. We will only summarize using themes of responses.
The survey will take 25 - 30 minutes of your time. We very much appreciate any feedback that you can give to us.
We hope that you complete the entire survey and forward the survey link to as many community members that you know. The larger and boarder response we receive will help us to inform new services going forward.
