2026 Statement Survey

3.Thank you for taking a few moments to complete our questionnaire!

We’re reviewing how members use copies of cleared cheques that are included with their monthly statements. Our audits show that only a small number of members continue to rely on this service today, while the cost to provide it remains significantly high. In addition, cheque usage can carry increased fraud risk, and newer, more secure digital options are now widely available. As member needs continue to evolve, we want to ensure we are focusing on services that provide the most value, while still considering the needs of those who use cheques. To help us better understand its value and explore alternative options that may better meet your needs, we’d really appreciate your feedback.
This short survey will take less than 3 minutes to complete, and your input is completely voluntary. We welcome feedback from all members, whether you use cheques occasionally or rely primarily on digital banking.
