Your response is anonymous, and the information collected will help guide us in making future decisions prioritizing community needs and desires, and will help prioritize needs for the budget process. This survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

5.Have you ever subscribed to a streaming service with the intention of canceling before the free trial ends?
6.Have you ever forgotten to cancel a streaming service before the free trial ended and had to pay for the service?
7.The Signal Hill Library is considering adding two new online services. Your responses to the following questions will help provide us with information about the level of interest and use of these programs.

Freegal Music is a free digital music service that gives you access to 15+ million songs from 200+ genres, including Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists. The collection also features music videos and audiobooks. Streaming is unlimited and  Signal Hill cardholders can download up to 5 DRM-free songs each week. You can also create and save playlists and share them with others.

Kanopy will provide Signal Hill cardholders  access to more than 30,000 of the world’s best films including some that are often difficult or impossible to access elsewhere. These include: film festival favorites, indie and classic films, and a wide array of foreign language films with collections from Umbrella Entertainment, Madman Entertainment, Under the Milky Way, SND Films and thousands of independent filmmakers.

Also users will be able to watch on their computer, download the mobile app or stream directly these TV devices: Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV and Airplay, Roku, Chromecast and Samsung TV.
