That open patch of land near your home is part of a rare and ancient habitat, quietly thriving just beyond your doorstep. They were here long before cities, roads, or even humans.

Today only a small fraction of these precious native grasslands and grassy woodlands survive. But you’re one of the lucky few who still live alongside them.
