* 1. Atttached to this email was a summary of our strategic plan for the next five years. We are in the stage of consulting with our community on our plan, and setting targets so we can best serve our members. We will be holding an online hui in April to present this to our community. Some of the things to consider are what we prioritise, what we develop and how we allocate resources.

As a centre we spend most or all of the money that we receive from members, events, sponsorship and grants. We have reserves that we could consider using for the right programmes or support and we want to evaluate if and how we should do this.
