The Just Gold #changemakers Vouchers Program is a multi-platform, multi-approach initiative to engage in dialogue, to start conversations, to promote diversity and inclusion, to take action.
For 2019/20 we have committed to over $160,000 worth of services under the following 4 programs.
1. The Just Gold Pride Program (LGBTQ+) 2. The Invisible Woman (Women’s empowerment) 3. The Just Gold Neurodiversity Program (Neurodiversity) 4. The Just Gold Multicultural Program (Arts, community & multiculturalism) The Just Gold #changemakers Program is based on the UN SDG goals and it works towards equality and equal access to opportunity for organisations and businesses. We have designed it using our work methodology, with S.M.A.R.T. goals. Our actions and programs are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and with specific Timelines.
With our program we share our knowledge, skills and expertise in a transparent, comprehensive and measurable way that results in collaboration & innovation to deliver systemic change. Our programs are designed to empower projects and people that don't have access to funds and expertise.
What exactly is on offer?
Our #findyourhashtag voucher: this is your ticket to our innovative workshop(s) that will help you build your personal narrative and use it to develop a dynamic long-term presence in the digital world. They are an integral part of the #Changemakers Program helping people, teams and organisations become more effective in their attempts to create social change. In our workshop, participants will map down their vision and their mission, fine tune their messages, find their hashtag, understand what an impact strategy is and learn how to work with S.M.A.R.T. goals. Valued at $3000.
Bespoke consultation services: successful recipients will be awarded with vouchers that can be used for bespoke consultation services depending on their needs. The services range from strategy, branding & marketing, digital transformation, social impact consulting, audience development & community management. Valued at $6000.
Podcast production focusing on the issues of each stream. If eligible, our team will workshop with you storytelling techniques and produce your story to include it in our podcast. Our team will also release your segment as an independent podcast that you can use for your marketing and public relations activities or funding applications. Valued at $1000.
