Overall
The COAP Annual Meeting brings clinicians, data managers, and quality improvement professionals working in cardiac care across the region together to review data, share practice, and discuss challenges in care. The goal is to foster collaboration and shared learning as we work to improve patient care and outcomes.
Overall Course Objectives:
1) Analyze PCI and cardiac surgery data for each hospital relative to the rest of the region
2) Identify targeted areas in which to focus quality improvement efforts
3) Leverage the expertise and practical knowledge of high performing hospitals/clinicians to share best practices for improving care across the region
