Instructions: The New Year symbolizes a fresh start and for many employees, it’s a time to evaluate their current job situation, satisfaction, and even begin exploring new opportunities, leading to an uptick in employee turnover and employer recruitment efforts the first few months of the year. Adding to this seasonal transition, there is a new group of talent to consider as many of the oldest members of Gen Z (anyone born between 1995 and 2010) are now entering the workforce for their first full time jobs.
