We do share aggregated feedback with Holland America, to help them better understand our needs. ALL feedback—positive, negative, and observational—will help us improve future JoCo Cruise sailings.
In response to feedback, we've adjusted this year's survey to make more of the questions optional. After the first section, which covers the event on the whole and its broad elements, you'll be given the option to answer more detailed questions.
If you answer "yes," you'll go through the entire survey. If you answer "no," there will only be a few more questions, plus optional demographic questions. In both cases, along the way you'll have the option to skip sections that don't apply to your experience (e.g. if you didn't participate in tabletop gaming, etc.), or that you don't care to answer.
