Introduction

Dear Photonic IC (PIC) user,

Below please find a survey that we will use for establishing the priorities for development of the PIC foundry platforms (technology, PDKs and component libraries) in the coming years. The results will be used for defining the JePPIX roadmap 2018. The survey is meant only for people with expertise in R&D or manufacturing of PICs or PIC-based products.
 
The full survey including all questions will take approximately 30 minutes.

The questions are fairly detailed, we ask you to answer only those questions that are relevant for you and leave the others unanswered. It will save you time and it will help us to get only relevant answers.

If you work on different applications, which have strongly different requirements, we suggest that you fill in the survey for each application separately.
