A multi organizational community forum
In order for Burnaby to distinguish itself as a welcoming and inclusive community and to celebrate diversity and based on the learnings from the Forum last year. The BIPT members consider important to identify the existing services offered to the LGBTQIA2S+ community and hear from the LGBTAIA2S+ about their needs to make everyone welcome.

The goal of the Forum is to have a conversation between services providers and   community members on existing services for LGBTQIA2S+ refugees and immigrants in Burnaby and determine the special needs to be addressed to make them feel included in the community.

The objectives of the Community Forum are:
  • To identify existing services for the LGBTQIA2S+ immigrant and refugee Community in Burnaby and
  • Learn from LGBTQIA2S+ what is needed to make everyone  feel welcome and included
We look forward to seeing you at the forum.
