ISO TC 68 Virtual Plenary - web conferencing survey - attendance - reporting

During the pandemic issues arose around the use of the Zoom, which caused many larger institutions to forbid use of Zoom. Zoom has aggressively responded to address security and privacy issues. The ISO TC 68 chair advisory group (CAG) needs your input to select the appropriate web conferencing facility that can meet the needs of the most participants. We will continue to communicate regularly regarding the status and planning for the ISO TC 68 virtual plenary
1.Do you plan to attend any of the meetings during the ISO TC 68 virtual plenary the week of September 21st? (SC8-Monday 21st; ISO 20022 RMG-Tuesday 22nd; SC9-Wednesday 23rd; SC2-Thursday 24th; TC68-Friday 25th)(Required.)
2.Do you plan to attend the virtual plenary from home? (realizing the work situation is constantly changing and September 21st is several weeks away)
3.The meeting duration will be only 3 hours each from (7:00US ET/12:00 UK/13:00 CET/19:00 China/20:00 JST) until (10:00US ET/15:00 UK/16:00 CET/22:00 China/23:00 JST). There will be abbreviated time for the reading and presentation of reports. Are you able to review the plenary materials that include reports before the meeting to minimize the use of meeting time for this purpose?
4.Are you aware that all national standards body, liaison, and group reports are due to the committee managers by July 17th?
5.Does your company permit the use of Zoom teleconferencing services from your corporate computer and/or offices? (realizing many are still working from home).(Required.)
6.Are you able technically to access Zoom from your computer/network either at work or at home? (does it work for you?)(Required.)
7.Does your company permit you to use Zoom at home on your personal computer for standards meetings?(Required.)
8.Does your company permit the use of Cisco Webex teleconferencing services from your corporate computer and/or offices?

10.Does your company permit the use of Microsoft Teams teleconferencing services from your computer and/or offices?
