NH CHW Summit Call for Presentations

We are excited to announce a call for presentations for the 2024 NH CHW Summit on April 30th in Concord, NH with the theme Lighting the Future. This focuses on innovation, new directions, and opportunities to support the CHW workforce. The annual statewide summit convenes CHWs, providers, employers, and all other allies for learning, networking, and collaborating. As a presenter you can share your knowledge and experience with CHWs across NH. With the theme Lighting the Future, the summit spotlights the increasingly important role CHWs plan in improving health and access for all as trusted community members uniquely positioned to understand immediate needs and long-term obstacles. As recognition of their impact grows, so does their presence in healthcare and public health initiatives. 

We seek engaging sessions that ignite ideas to propel CHWs forward and encourage CHWs, program managers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, etc., to submit a proposal for a breakout session by January 30th, 2024.
