Adopting AI in specialist and supported housing - Housing LIN member survey

Housing LIN, in association with HCR Law, is inviting its members and sector colleagues to share how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used, considered or tested in specialist and supported housing.

We are particularly interested in how AI is supporting operational service delivery, strategic decision-making, housing management, care and support, property management, design, development and resident engagement.

The survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us build a clearer picture of current practice, opportunities, risks and learning across the sector, and produce a ‘State of the Nation’ report.

Please complete the survey by Monday, 6 July 2026.

Thank you for taking part. We look forward to sharing the findings.
