The Saint Paul Conservatory of Music (SPCM) has embarked on a strategic planning process to set the direction for their work over the next few years.  This plan will identify key goals to advance the mission of the organization and properly allocate resources to have the most impact in the community.  To ensure this direction leverages SPCM’s strengths and opportunities as well as remain responsive to the community, we respectfully seek your input that will be used to inform these goals and accompanying strategies.

All responses will remain anonymous and combined to capture themes and identify insights for the SPCM Board of Directors and Leadership Team.  Should you have any questions, please contact Mario Hernandez, Strategic Services Director, at mhernandez@propelnonprofits.org or (612) 249-6688.  Thank you for your time and input.
