AGC San Diego Chapter - Annual Meeting Vote

RE: Nominees for the 2026 AGC Board of Directors

The AGC bylaws require the AGC San Diego Executive Committee to serve as the Nominating Committee. In this capacity, the Executive Committee must present the AGC Active Members a slate of nominees to fill positions each year on the Board of Directors.

AGC “Active Members” are defined by the bylaws as General Contractor Members.

There are 22 positions available on the AGC Board. The positions are distributed per the bylaws in the following manner: six General Engineering Contractors, six General Building Contractors, five Specialty Contractors, two Affiliate Members, two Past Presidents, and one seat for Chair of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) appointed by the President.

The Nominating Committee proposes that the following 10 members fill the available positions on the AGC San Diego Chapter Board of Directors:

General Building Contractor - One 5-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following member to fill these positions:
  • Seth Belitsky, Vice President of Operations, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
  • Brad Kirsch, Project Director, Sundt Construction, Inc.
General Engineering Contractor - One 5-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following members to fill these positions:
  • Mark Dowsing, President, Orion Construction Corp.
  • Paul Mignone, Area Operations Manager, Flatiron Dragados West LLC
Specialty - One 1-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following members to fill this position:
  • Scott Massner, Operations Manager, Helix Electric
Specialty - One 3-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following members to fill these positions:
  • Natalie Lautner, CFO/VP, Richardson Steel
  • Shawn LePine, Vice President, Bergelectric Corporation
Affiliate - One 3-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following member to fill this position:
  • Mandy Irvine McClure, CEO, Hoop5 Networks
Construction Leadership Council Chairperson - One 2-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following member to fill this position:
  • Rick Collette, Project Executive, Swinerton Builders
Past President - One 2-year term
The Nominating Committee submits the following member to fill this position:
  • Austin Cameron, President, TC Construction Company
By completing this survey ahead of the December 18 virtual Annual Meeting vote, you have authorized a specific person from your organization to vote on your member firm's behalf.

This member is appointing the Chapter Secretary (or the Board of Directors) as their proxy to cast the vote as indicated on this meeting date.
