Donation Request |
Confederation Centre of the Arts is a not-for-profit registered charity and is pleased to support many community and charity events each year with donations for charity fundraising initiatives. Each year, the Centre receives a high volume of requests for donations.
Given the large number of requests, donations are limited and must meet specific criteria, as outlined below:
•The requesting organization must be a non-profit organization, with preference given to registered charities.
•The event must be an arts or community event.
Consideration will also be given to requests that:
•Are made by current sponsors or members of Confederation Centre of the Arts.
•Recognize the Centre through signage and/or program mention.
•Allow for cross-promotional opportunities and reciprocal donations.
•Are in support of fundraising initiatives where 100% of the proceeds are benefitting a registered charity.
In order to allow sufficient time to review your request, all requests should be received at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.
•Confederation Centre has a limited number of items available for donation per month. Once this allotment of items has been awarded, we are unable to accommodate other donation requests.
•An organization is eligible to receive one donation per calendar year.
•For ticket donations, restrictions may apply (for example, tickets may be limited to specific performance dates or seating tiers).
•Ticket donations will be made for select performances only.
•Donations have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
•Donation award packages, which include CCOA promotional materials, will be available for collection from the Box Office (see address below). Exceptions may be made for organizations located outside Charlottetown.
