Travel / Meeting Survey

Overview

In response to Governor DeWine’s guidance and recommendations to Ohio Public Colleges regarding the COVID-19 virus in Ohio, MTC is suspending all college-sponsored out-of-state travel and evaluating in-state travel on a case-by-case basis.

MTC is also restricting on-campus events and gatherings that involve over 10 persons.

Please use this form to let MTC know about your travel and meeting plans, including personal vacation plans. Personal vacations and/or personal in-state or out-of-state travel are not limited or controlled by MTC, but we will ask anyone who travels outside of their normal area to check in with the local health department before returning to campus.

Details about the health department screening process will be provided to those who are planning to travel.

We anticipate resuming face-to-face classes on April 13th, but the situation is fluid. So, please indicate any planned travel or meetings planned through May 31st.
