Section 1 — About You and Your Organisation

Purpose: Segments responses by ReOC status, operation type, sector, organisation size, geography and respondent experience
Thank you for taking part. This survey is part of a research project examining the competencies needed for safe and effective professional drone operations in Australia. This version is for ReOC holders and employers who supervise, employ or regularly engage RePL-qualified personnel.
The survey asks about the readiness of newly qualified remote pilots, the competencies required in your operations, gaps in current training and the appropriate structure for baseline and advanced competency requirements. It is not a compliance audit. Responses are anonymous and no individual or organisation will be identifiable in published findings. You may stop at any time.
For this survey, ‘entry-level remote pilot’ means a person who has recently obtained a RePL and is beginning professional work with limited commercial operating experience. When assessing current training, consider the RePL qualification rather than training and conversion delivered later by your organisation
