Iowa Produce Safety Survey

This survey is an annual review to determine how the Produce Safety Rule applies to your operation for the 2022 season. Many farms in Iowa may be fully or partially exempt from the Produce Safety Rule. Your response will help determine your farm’s status and assess whether your farm is covered by the Produce Safety Rule. This survey should be completed annually by each farm.   

 

After your response is processed, we will follow up with an official letter stating your farm’s status, and any requirements of the Produce Safety Rule that apply to your farm.
