Mission 44 Italy landscape analysis: STEM career pathways for young people from underrepresented groups

Launched by Seven Time Formula One World Champion Sir Lewis Hamilton in 2021, Mission 44 is a charity that is working to build a fairer, more inclusive future for young people around the world. The charity invests in solutions that empower young people to overcome social injustice and succeed. It has a particular focus on developing an inclusive education system, creating employment opportunities in STEM and motorsport, and empowering young people to shape the world they live in.

Mission 44 has commissioned Enovation Consulting to conduct a rapid evidence review and landscape analysis of STEM industries in Italy to understand the range of interventions, opportunities, and pathways available to young people from underrepresented groups wanting to pursue a career in STEM.

Who should complete this survey?
Please complete this survey if you currently or have studied in the Italian education system and work in a STEM role in motorsport in Italy or abroad, or are currently looking/have previously looked to pursue a STEM career in motorsport.

How will my responses be used?
Your responses will be used to understand the opportunities and barriers young people who have studied in Italy encounter when pursuing a STEM career in motorsport. These insights will guide Mission 44's strategy in Italy.
