Skokie Health Equity Network - Action Team Participation

The Skokie Health Equity Network's goal is to improve access to healthcare, access to behavioral health and affordable housing by using the collective impact model of community organizing. The network includes a Steering Committee and 4 Action Teams: Data, Access to Healthcare, Access to Mental Health and Affordable Housing. There are two different commitment levels to engage those who are passionate about and/or experts in these areas.
