The following cannot be supported with training funds: Conferences, travel, and other training related expenses.

The company agrees to provide Social Security numbers for all trainees within 25 days after the end of the training. The Department of Labor & Industry requires that this training information be entered into the secure Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) database.

The company grants SEI staff permission to enter confidential data regarding employee training into CWDS on our behalf.

The company agrees to provide all training invoices within 25 days after the end of each training event.

The company agrees to provide training evaluations, provided by SEI staff.

The company agrees to share a brief training success story with SEI, upon request.

The company agrees to cooperate with Industry Partnership staff in collection of any additional information requirements that may arise from the Department of Labor & Industry.
