The Team Myles 5KM/ 10KM training program is a 10 week training program designed to help you complete a 5KM or 10KM at the Scotiabank Blue Nose Marathon. You are not required to have any previous running experience as you will be given all of the tools you will need to succeed, including: a coach, a gym membership, a support group, a training schedule, nutrition guidance, proper foot assessments and more!
