FSS Parent Survey

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out our survey! FSS currently plans to reopen during Washington County's Phase 2, and we anticipate the need for some changes to our programs and procedures. The goal of this survey is to gather information about any new needs, expectations, and priorities our participants' may have. We are so excited to re-open our doors and get our swimmers and teachers back in the water!

* Disinfecting of deck and lobby chairs several times per day
* Disinfecting of office surfaces several times per day
* Removal of toys and books from lobby

Separate entrance and exit doors (enter thru front lobby door, exit thru pool deck door) to minimize crowding

Lesson times staggered (at the 15 minute mark) to allow for a lighter flow of people in and out of the building

Only 1 adult allowed to accompany swimmers into the school (but non-swimming siblings allowed to come watch)
