The objectives for this session were: 
1. Recognize significance of aortic stenosis (AS) and mitral regurgitation (MR).
2. Understand how to evaluate AS and MR in family practice.
3. Be able to discuss treatment options including transcatheter procedures with patients and families.
4. Know when and where to refer patients for these transcatheter procedures.
5. Gain a basic understanding of transcatheter procedures, post procedure care and follow up in primary care. 

All of the identified objectives were met satisfactorily.(Required.)
