The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) allocates Community Development Funds through the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program, which provides funding to eligible communities for infrastructure and community development projects. TDA determines the grant applications that will be funded based on statewide criteria and regionally chosen project priorities.

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is coordinating the selection of these Regional Project Priorities for North Central Texas. These priorities will account for 25% of the total points used to score the 2027-2028 Community Development Fund applications. Points are awarded based on tiers of prioritized activities.

Please complete this survey by 4 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026 to provide input on the Regional Project Priorities.

Contact Corinne Buckley at CBuckley@nctcog.org or (817) 704-2510 with any questions.
For questions 1 - 31, select a Project Priority Tier for each activity category.

The Priority Tier options are:
1st Tier
(includes activities that are your community's highest priority)
2nd Tier
(includes activities that are your community's second highest priority)
3rd Tier
(includes activities that are your community's third highest priority)
No Priority
(includes activities that are not a priority for your community)

Please reference HUD's CDBG Matrix Codes Document for activity definitions. Note that HUD activity codes, indicated in parenthesis, may differ from TDA activity codes.
