AAID 2017 Annual Conference Table Clinic and Poster Submission

Overview
The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Annual Educational Conference will be held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront from October 11-14, 2017. This dynamic conference will feature more than fifty noted authorities in implant dentistry. Posters and Table Clinics are an important part of this event and an excellent opportunity for dental professionals and graduate students to participate.

AAID will accept applications for Posters and Table Clinics until August 15, 2017, or until capacity has been reached. Applicants will receive an email within one month of submission to verify acceptance, provided the application is complete.

Meeting Registration
Up to two full-time dental students per accepted Poster or Table Clinic are eligible for complimentary conference registration. Students are responsible for their own housing and all other expenses connected with attending the meeting. To claim a complimentary student registration, please email your student documentation to jenna@aaid.com. Examples of student documentation include a course schedule, a letter from the university registrar, or a copy of student identification with graduation year.

Non-student authors of accepted Posters and Table Clinics (i.e. not full-time dental students) must register to attend the meeting at full dentist rates and are responsible for their own housing and all other expenses connected with attending the meeting.

Description of Submission (limited to 300 words, excluding citations)
A Table Clinic or Poster description (abstract) consists of the following components:
-Descriptive Title
-Purpose of the Study
-Methods (The instruments utilized to develop the study)
-Results
-Conclusion (Please include any clinical relevance)
-Bibliography: Cite the references in the following format:

Articles: English CE. Biomechanical concerns with fixed partial dentures involving implants. Implant Dent 1993; 2:221-242.
