A guide for self-assessment

The goal of this questionnaire and resulting data is to provide users with a tool to conduct a high-level internal assessment of their organization’s public trust, sustainability, and social license initiatives.

It is designed to be easy to complete in one sitting and does not require time-consuming or deep analysis on your part. You should be able to complete it in approximately 15 minutes.

Using this diagnostic tool, you can put your organization's progress through an objective filter of evaluation - enabling you to highlight your organization's greatest opportunities and obstacles in terms of finalizing and fully implementing a successful public trust strategy.

Further, it provides some baseline data that enables an outside group of experts, like Public Trustworks, to provide recommendations that will help you move forward on your public trust and sustainability journey.

Note: for most of the questions we have provided multiple choice answers so that you can complete it efficiently. That said, we've left a few open questions near the end where you can share anything you like.

The anonymity of your responses will be protected and results will only be reported in aggregate so your confidentiality is assured.
