2026 Lacrosse Camp Registration Survey

The Wyandotte Nation Lacrosse Camp will be held June 1-4, 2026. Each day will begin at 9 am and end at 2 pm. The camp will start each day at the Wyandotte Schools Football Field and will end at Bearskin Fitness Center Gym. In the event of inclement weather, the camp will be moved to the Bearskin Fitness Center Gym. All equipment (lacrosse stick, ball, practice jersey), snacks, water, and lunch will be provided by the Wyandotte Nation.

Participants must be at least 12 years of age.

Please fill out a separate registration form for each individual attending.

This page will be printed and needs to be signed on the first day of lacrosse camp by the parent or guardian.

4.As the parent of the above child, I understand and acknowledge the possibility of accidents associated with outdoor activities and travel. I also understand the sponsors will provide supervision to the best of their ability to my child in an effort to prevent accidents. Furthermore, I will not hold the Wyandotte Nation, Wyandotte Public Schools or any person associated with this activity responsible for accidents concerning my child during participation.(Required.)
