ETH123 Planning Successful Tax Credit Rehabilitations Part 2

The learning objectives for this session were:
1. Participants will learn how to apply the interpretation of the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation to common treatment issues.
2. Participants will evaluate rehabilitation treatments and identify solutions that meet the Secretary Of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation.
3. Participants will understand how the context surrounding the use of the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation can affect interpretation and determinations of appropriate treatments.
4. Participants will discover how the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation are applied to design successful rehabilitations.
