Hi Fellow Race Directors - I have been tasked with doing a presentation on "Innovative Ideas for Under $1,000" at the upcoming Road Race Management Race Directors' Meeting  in Florida on December 8-10.   It would be very helpful if you had some ideas yourself and would be willing to share them with me so that I might add to my overall presentation. Also if you had a great idea that turned out to be a bust, you can share that as well.
