1Compliance for each Distributor is assessed through the True-Up process, as set out in TMX Exhibit B, and is required to verify a Distributor’s obligations under the applicable agreements, and all related Exhibits and policies. During an True-Up, TSX, conducts comprehensive compliance reviews and reconciliation of a Distributor’s entitlement reports and questionnaire against TSX billing and inventory.
