About JTS bootcamp
The Jumpstart to Success (JTS) Bootcamp is an industry-specific training program available to all jobseekers in the Peel Halton region. The bootcamp will run from January 23 – February 3, 2023. If you are interested in the Jumpstart to Success (JTS) Bootcamp, in order to register you should :
Be located in or can travel to jobs in the Peel Halton region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Halton Hills, Milton, Burlington, Oakville)
Be registered to work in Canada
Not attending school full-time
Be able to understand, speak and read basic English
Be able to handle physical work. For example, lift a minimum weight of 30 lbs/14kg, stand for long periods, be comfortable doing the same movement for a long time
Be able to count and do basic math
Be able to attend a two-week training bootcamp in January-February 2023. This will take place either in-person or online
Be available for full-time work as of February/March 2023
Interested in a full-time entry-level position in manufacturing and logistics Age 18+ preferred
