ASTCT is now accepting nominations for the following SIG achievement awards, to be presented during the 2026 Tandem Meetings of ASTCT & CIBMTR, February 4-7 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Awardees will receive comped registration to the Tandem Meetings, public recognition and an engraved crystal statuette.

This nomination form is for the following awards:

Advanced Practice Provider SIG Awards:
  • Advanced Practice Provider Lifetime Achievement: This award is presented to an ASTCT APP SIG member who has made a significant impact in the field of HCT and cellular therapy and has been in practice for at least 10 years.
  • APP Rising Star Award: The Rising Star Award recognizes an Advanced Practice Provider, practicing for 10 years or less, who has shown exceptional promise in transplant and cellular therapy. This award recognizes an emerging leader whose actions and activities exemplify excellence in patient care, clinical research, a commitment to education, or leadership. For details, click here.

Nursing SIG Awards:
  • Nursing Lifetime Achievement Award: This award is presented to an ASTCT Nursing SIG member who has made a significant impact in the field of HCT and cellular therapy and has been in practice for at least 10 years.
  • Nursing Rising Star Award: This award is recognizes a nurse who has made a significant impact in the field of HCT and cellular therapy or achieved a professional milestone with 10 years or less of practice.
  • Note: Nursing SIG award recipients who are unable to attend in person may appear in a video to be showcased during the award presentation.

Survivorship SIG Awards:
Survivorship encompasses late effects, quality of life, and care of transplant and cellular therapy recipients. Both awards are open to all disciplines.
  • Survivorship SIG Lifetime Achievement Award: This award recognizes an individual (e.g. physician, advanced practice provider, nurse, administrator) who has demonstrated a lasting commitment to the survivorship field through outstanding contributions in education, research, health policy or practice.
  • Survivorship Early-Career Excellence in Practice or Investigation Award: This award recognizes an individual (e.g. physician, advanced practice provider, nurse, administrator) who has completed their terminal research degree or end of post-graduate clinical training, whichever date is later, within the past 10 years, who has made recent outstanding contributions in education, health policy or clinical practice.
