FY24 Emge MS Parent Campaign Survey

When parents talk with their children early and often about alcohol and other drugs, they can protect their children from many of the high-risk behaviors associated with using these drugs. Please assist us to create a community campaign that will give parents and guardians information on talking to youth about alcohol use.
Chestnut Health Systems provides youth prevention services in Belleville and surrounding areas.  We thank all parents and guardians that provide feedback in this survey.
