South of Scotland Community Housing (SOSCH) is working with Sanquhar Enterprise Company (SEC) to explore the potential for developing affordable community-led housing in Sanquhar.
At this stage, the project team is looking to assess the level of interest in affordable rental housing that could be created in the area.
